SOULCON CHALLENGE OBJECTIVES: Pray the Lord’s Prayer out loud, on your knees – EVERY DAY No carbs after 3 p.m. from grains and breads (sweet potatoes, vegetables, and berries are the only carbs you can have) o Track your caloric intake in the book or on an app, just record everything except for your three feast days.
