SOULCON CHALLENGE OBJECTIVES:

Pray the Lord’s Prayer out loud, on your knees – EVERY DAY

No carbs after 3 p.m. from grains and breads (sweet potatoes, vegetables, and berries are the only
carbs you can have)
o Track your caloric intake in the book or on an app, just record everything except for your three
feast days.

Drink at least 64 oz of water EVERY DAY

Exercise at least 30 minutes 5 days a week
o Run, walk or crawl, two 5ks (3.1 miles) a week

Before you leave home for the day, do 40 push-ups (or as many as you can)

Sleep 6-8 hours a night (excluding feast days)

Evangelism: Hand out a total of 10 Gospel tracts to people you don’t know
Week 1:

1/9 (Mon) Kick Off: Start Test In
Max Push-ups in 2 minutes
– 2 minute rest
Max Sit-ups in 2 minutes
– 2 minute rest
Run, walk, or crawl a 5k
– Make sure you record your 5k time, push-up and sit-up count to challenge yourself on Week 6

1/10 (Tue) National Team Call @ 8:30 p.m. (CST)

1/11 (Wed) First Team-Chattanooga Call @ 8 p.m.

1/14 (Sat) Last Day to complete SOULCON Test-In and record your results
Week 2:

1/16 (Mon) Max Push-Up Day (do as many push-ups as you can before the end of the day)

1/17 (Tue) National Team Call @ 8:30 p.m. (CST)

1/18 (Wed) Max Sit-Up Day (do as many sit-ups as you can before the end of the day)
(Wed) Local Team-Chattanooga Call @ 8 p.m.

1/20 (Fri) Max Body-Weight Squat Day (do as many squats as you can before the end of the day)
Week 3:

1/24 (Tue) National Team Call @ 8:30 p.m. (CST)

1/25 (Wed) Local Team-Chattanooga Call @ 8 p.m.

1/26 Team Fast Day (drink only water and black coffee on this day)
Week 4: Hell Week
This week you are limited to fruit, veggies (including sweet potatoes, not white potatoes), lean proteins,
unsalted nuts, and protein powders (no milk added, only water).

1/31 (Tue) National Team Call @ 8:30 (CST)

2/1 (Wed) Local Team-Chattanooga Call @ 8 p.m.

2/4 (Sat) Final Day of Hell Week

2/5 (Sun) Feast Day (Eat what you want – but don’t over do it)
Week 5:

2/6 (Mon) Max Push-Up Day (do as many push-ups as you can before the end of the day)

2/7 (Tue) National Team Call @ 8:30 p.m. (CST)

2/8 (Wed) Max Sit-Up Day (do as many sit-ups as you can before the end of the day)
