Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego is the largest waterfront hotel
on the west coast located in the heart of downtown San Diego, steps

4 Suites Floors 4 through 7 1,050 square feet
Maximum Reception Capacity: 60 people
Conference Capacity: 24 people
The 1,400-square-foot Deluxe Hospitality suite connects to a 350-square-foot King or Double
bedroom. Other features include: service bar in parlor, spacious seating area, private den,
separate bathroom in parlor, separate kitchen with sink and refrigerator, dining or conference
table for ten and separate service entrance.
DELUXE HOSPITALITY SUITES

Maximum Reception Capacity: 75 people
Conference Capacity: 30 people
3 Suites Floors 5 through 7 1,400 square feet
Connecting to a 350-square-foot King or Double bedroom the 700-square-foot Conference
Suite has the following features: service bar in parlor, separate bathroom in parlor, separate
kitchen with refrigerator and sink, dining or conference table for six and a separate service
entrance. Located on floors 4-9 in the Seaport Tower and 6-9 in the Harbor Tower.

Entertain with grandeur in the 700-square-foot Grand Suite. Connected to a 350 square

and a separate service entrance. Located on floors 29 & 30 in the Seaport Tower and 31-38 in
the Harbor Tower.

Enjoy the view from our Presidential Suites located on the top floors of the Harbor Tower.
