(ii) the selling prices of goods in (c) above will not exceed the recommended price of established list price schedules issued by Caterpillar of Australia Limited and Hyster Australia Pty Limited in respect of such goods. (iii) no increase in excess of the rate operating at 1 August 1973 will be made in the company's mark up on goods and services referred to in (f) above without prior notification to the Tribunal; and (iv). audited, financial statements of the company are forwarded to the Tribunal at half yearly intervals.
