Training starts on 12th Nov. 2010. On the first day Inauguration starts with prayer. Then
there was a round of introduction of with all IBT Instructors. Many instructors are
entrepreneur. Inauguration ceremony held in the presence of Dr. Yogesh Kulkarni, Vigyan
Ashram. Omkar Introduces the Vigyan Ashram’s philosophy & Vigyan Ashram’s work in
various fields. Omkar well come to all Instructors & resources for the training program.

Omkar explain the community services given through IBT dept. to the villagers. Omkar
divide the all instructor in to three groups. These groups listed the problems facing in
villages & get the solutions from the community services from School. These groups give the
Presentation in the last sum up program. (list is attached )

Kailas Jadhav took a session on preparation of Practical's. He explain need of preparation of
practical's with examples.
Mr. Vishal Jagatap:
Vishal Jagtap took session on the IBT time table. He explains how to set time table for the
IBT with reference to other subject.
Mr. Kisan Pande:
Mr. Kisan took a session on IBT exam. He explains how to conduct written exam and
practical exams.
Mr. Avinash Dhobale:
Mr. Avinash took a session on Registers and Monitoring system. He explains importance of
maintaining registers and records. He also shown demonstration of Feedback system.
