The Concordia University student body is divided into four distinct main
units which are referenced frequently in the document:
Traditional Undergraduate: These students take the majority of their
classes on a traditional 2-semester basis and generally take 15 to 18 credits
per semester.
Adult Accelerated Students (Non-Traditional): These students are
mostly older, adult, working students and take the majority of their classes
nightly over a 6 week period. The courses meet for 3 hours once per week.
Graduate Students – Master’s and Doctoral students who pursue an
advanced degree after receiving their Bachelor’s degree.
Prepared by Paul Wangerin, Research Analyst, CUW Department of Institutional Research. June 27, 2016.
