Typical Configuration
Mark is an accountant at the ABC Company. He uses an
accounting package that has been certified for Isabel 6.
He prepares the national and foreign payments in the
accounting package and synchronises with Isabel 6.
Occasionally, he enters urgent payments manually.
Every day, with a click on a button, Mark imports the
bank statements into his accounting software for
reconciliation. At the beginning of the quarter, he enters
the electronic VAT return.
His boss, Lynn, validates and signs the payments for
execution. She travels a great deal and wants to be able
to sign on her laptop when away from home or the office,
or in a hotel. Every day, she expects Mark to e-mail her
a consolidated report with the status of ABC Company’s
eight accounts in two banks.
Mark needs: Isabel Secured Access + Isabel 6 Bankit
Standard Module + Export Bank statements + Isabel Go +

Lynn becomes a user of Isabel Secured Access and the

transactions alone. Several users can share
beneficiaries, transactions and account information. This is handy in the event of illness, traffic
jams, holidays or a peak in work. The preparatory work is delegated in trust because signing is
solely for authorised signatories. They are invited
to sign by e-mail. Fast and simple.
