White screens on Integrated Cargo System for Internet Explorer 9 Users
After the implementation of the Customs Connect Facility Remediation facility
some Internet Explorer 9 (IE 9) users have been experiencing a colourless or
white Integrated Cargo System (ICS) screens.
This is due to a setting within IE which is preventing the screen from building
properly.
To fix this issue, open up Internet Explorer
Go to Tools and then select Internet options
Select Delete
Uncheck the “Preserve Favorites website data” box and press Delete.
Close Internet Explorer and log in to the Customs Interactive again. You should
now get “Blue and Yellow” ICS screens as normal.
