From 2pm until 4pm on Friday 2nd December or 8:30 am
on the morning of the sale.
Loading
The use of the McCormick is reserved for loading on
the sale day and Monday 5th December.
Clearance
Up to 5 pm on the day of sale or by arrangement
thereafter
Bidding
A buyer number system will be in operation and
prospective purchasers will be required to register at the
Sales Office on the morning of the sale.
Payment
Payment by cash, bankers draft or debit card accepted in
pounds sterling at the close of the sale. Cheques will be
accepted when accompanied by a cheque guarantee card
and at the discretion of the auctioneers. Title does not
transfer until payment has cleared in full. Owing to money
laundering regulations, all purchasers are required to bring
at least two proofs of identity to the sale and may be asked
to present these at the point of payment.
Warranties
All items are sold as seen and no warranties are given or
implied. The sale will be conducted in accordance with the
CAAV Conditions of Sale for Machinery, which are
available for inspection at the Sales Office.
