Mr. Vonk developed a draft list of assignments from nominations received before the September 2012 meeting in Hilton Head, SC. In making selections, Mr. Vonk considered geographical representation along with committee size and other factors. To assure consideration of all viewpoints, all members of each committee are encouraged to participate fully in the meetings and activities of the committees, except, as provided in the bylaws, when a vote by official governmental member representatives is requested. The affiliation and email addresses of all committee personnel are shown. The Washington office staff will advise the Chairs of committee assignments for committee members. Note to Committee Chairs: Committee Chairs are reminded that it is their responsibility to review and revise charges if needed and to forward new charges to President Vonk for approval.
