The FTA Educators collective bargaining agreement with FUSD is now updated to reflect the Settlement
reached during 2015-16 school year. There are 35 pages attached, but here's a synopsis:
The $3 million-dollar district contribution to our health plan is in Article 18, 3.2
The $315 additional dollars for classroom supplies language is in Article 36, 7
All salary & stipend changes can be found in Article 50, 1.2.1, 1.2.2, 1.2.3, 1.4.1, and 1.5. And all
new salary schedules can be found on pages 30 through 34
Receiving per diem rate for doing summer school work is in Article 56, 1.7
Raising supplemental compensation to $35 dollars an hour is in Article 57, 5
Several of these issues will be addressed during our current successor bargaining process with FUSD
so no copies of these pages will be mass produced and distributed.
