Are you interested in helping to steer a successful advice centre through change, in the role of chairperson? St Pauls Advice Centre provides free and independent legal advice services to the people of St Pauls and east Bristol. We have been community based, with our main office in the heart of St Pauls, for 40 years. Following a period of rapid change and expansion, we have launched a new strategic plan to help us meet the challenges of the next five years. We now seek a new chair from outside the organisation to help us implement it. You will be enthusiastic about community legal advice, perhaps looking for a new outlet for your skills, eager to work co-operatively with a range of people, and able to make a commitment of three years. We are a friendly and active management committee, currently expanding and ready to try new ways of working.
