Sales Associate:
At Auto Credit of Southern Illinois the sales process is completely different than at
most other dealerships. We specialize in helping people find the car and the
financing they need. A lack of previous auto sales is not only ok, but preferred.
Account Manager:
Our Account Representatives are highly energetic, have great phone skills and can
keep up with the fast paced demands of multi-tasking within the office. They work
with our customers to manage payments and keep accounts current.
Accounting Office:
We are looking for an efficient problem solver with a strong work
ethic and a can-do attitude. Accounting experience is not required,
no degree necessary.

SALES
ASSOCIATE
POSITION DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Associates work with potential customers both in person at our dealership
locations and over the phone. They guide customers through our loan approval
process and explain how our finance program works. They work closely with the
sales manager and finance department to find car options that best fit each customer’s individual needs. In addition they make follow up calls to potential customers
that have been previously approved at one of our locations but that have not yet
purchased a vehicle. Additional duties include keeping the dealership lot neat and
clean and arranging vehicle inventory to maintain an eyecatching appearance.
HOURS
The Auto Credit ‘Sales Associate’ position is a full time position consisting of a 40
hour work week. Sales Associates are expected to work five day work weeks, with
some Saturdays required. Auto Credit’s hours of operation are Monday through
Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 5pm. Spend all major holidays with your
family.
BENEFITS

SALARY
The Sales Associate compensation is commission based with paid
training. A first year salary of $35,000 to $45,000 can be expected.
Sales Associates are on a twice monthly pay period.
ACCOUNT
MANAGER
POSITION DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Managers at Auto Credit work with a set portfolio of customers to help
manage payments and payment schedules. They also assist in day to day office
duties like answering the phone and helping the payment desk to process customer
payments. When an account becomes delinquent Account Managers call the
customer to work out payment arrangements. If a customer cannot be contacted
directly Account Managers are responsible for contacting customer references and
skip tracing if necessary.

opportunity to make additional monthly bonuses based on their

ACCOUNTING
OFFICE
POSITION DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting Office Staff will work with the General Manager to keep and maintain
books for Auto Credit of Southern Illinois, ARCO and Taylor Motor Company.
Strong problem solving, organizational and time managment skills are essential.
Accounting Office Staff will also assist cashiers and receptionist with day to day
duties including; helping customers, taking payments, answering phones, managing inventory files, counting down daily cash drawers and helping to keep both the
store and lot clean. Accounting Staff may also be asked to assist the Sales department in taking applications during busy times.
HOURS
This is a full time position consisting of a 40 hour work week. Accounting Office
Staff work five day work weeks, with some Saturdays required. Auto Credit’s hours
