praying for him as he recovers from a broken ankle.

CONESTOGA BIBLE CAMP is very happy to let us know that
on February 1st they received the keys to the house/property
directly up the hill from the swimming pool. They praise God for
this fantastic provision of land as they continue to move toward
establishing the ministry for another 40+ years!

Our SENIOR YOUTH had a great weekend retreat that included
lots of fun and learning. Josh Blight spoke on Colossians 3 and
setting our eyes on things above and following Christ. They also
put on their bravest faces and enjoyed playing fear factor games.

the new comers and visitors to connect with the WBC Family!

Gord has a passion for evangelism,
equipping and church planting.
His
experiences include missions in South
America and Africa, evangelism, pastoring
and planning in the K-W area, the formation
of an inter-denominational mission to reach
the disadvantaged of the K-W community
and he is the founder of Vision Ministries
Canada which began in 1992.
LLOYD BRUBACHER appreciates prayer as he goes for
prostate surgery on Monday, February 13. Please also continue
to pray for the restoration of his eyesight.
ALMA FREDE appreciates the prayers of the W BC Family as
she recovers from her second carpal tunnel surgery.
10:45 am FAMILY BIBLE SERVICE
Speaker:
Continue to pray for DANIEL & ALICIA HAILU. Daniel continues
to recover in Grand River hospital. Alicia is working on resting up
as they anticipate the birth of their first child in mid-March.
Continue to pray that the Lord would heal Daniel’s mind, prepare
them both for arrival of their baby, and bring employment
prospects for Daniel in the Lord’s perfect timing.

from 7:00-8:30 pm for an info night on the Days For Girls project
including a demonstration on how the kits are made! Please bring
other women along who may be interested!

TOBOGGANING. P ick up time is 10:30 pm. P lease bring $2.
FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 24: M eet at Brian Gingrich’s (7433 8th Line,
Elmira) at 7:30 pm for SKATING. Pick up time is 10:30 pm. The cost
is $5.

CHURCH FAMILY SKATE: Everyone is w elcome to come for an
evening of skating at an outdoor rink at 6915 Wellington Rd 12,
Drayton starting at 6:30 pm. From 6:30-8:00 pm there will be
family skating, then from 8:00-9:30 pm there will be 'friendly'
scrimmage for ALL ages! There will also be volleyball (indoors)
available for anyone who wants to play. Please bring a peanut/nut
free snack to share, drinks will be provided. Cash donations will be
greatly appreciated.

VOLUNTEER APPRECIATION CELEBRATION:
ALL W BC
volunteers are invited to this special morning! Come and be
encouraged by testimonies, worship led by Gordon Wright (worship
pastor at Woodside), a message by Doug Loveday from Vision
Ministries, and a catered lunch! Please sign up at the Info

JR Youth
SKATING EVENT: M eet at Brad & Lynne M artin’s (2204 Floradale
Rd, Floradale) on Saturday, February 25 at 1:30 pm. Qualified
drivers will take the youth to an outdoor rink located behind Martin's
Small Engines (21 Industrial Dr, Elmira). After skating everyone will
return to Brad & Lynne’s for snack and Bible study. Pick up time is
5:30 pm.
ECUADOR TEAM: W e are pleased to announce that a team has
been formed to go to Ecuador in April! Stay tuned for all the details
on who is going and how you can help!
MEALS FOR NEW PARENTS: Thank you so much to those w ho
have been helping to prepare meals for those welcoming new
additions to their families! We are currently in need of a few more
people willing and able to make a meal. P lease contact

someone to help with scheduling volunteers for potlucks at WBC.

WBC HAS AN AED (Automated External Defibrillator) located in
the north entrance. The device is registered with 911 who knows
where it is located and will provide direction if it is ever needed.
Please sign up at the Info Centre if you are interested in being
included in a team to receive the AED orientation/refresher.
FOOD BANK:
The Theme for February is Cough and Cold.
Items needed include Kleenexes, children and adult Advil, cough
drops, soup, cough medicine, hand soap and sanitizer etc.
