Upgraded Remote Access Instructions
All Remote Access Users: We are upgrading to a more efficient technology for the
way you use ARMC Remote Access. Please install the new Citrix 11 client from the
link below. To remote print, you will also need to install the printing client from the
link below. You will only need to install these clients one time. After installing,
please "accept" the ARMC terms and conditions upon entering the website. Please
use the instructions below to help you with this upgrade.
1. Open your internet browser, i.e., Internet Explorer
2. Type http://www.armc.org which should bring up a web page like the one
illustrated here:
3. Click on the RAP link as circled at the bottom-right corner of the above
graphic.
4. You will see the below image.
5. The first time you log in to the updated RAP, please install and
Run #1 (Citrix XenApp Web Plugin) – This may take a few minutes.
6. For remote printing you will also need to install and Run #2, the
printer client.
Note: You should only install the Citrix and Printing Clients
once. After installation you can skip these steps and go
directly to the #3 Login “I Accept” section.
7. Review ARMC’s terms and conditions and click on the “I Accept”
button.
8. You should now see the below screen. Enter your ID (dr#### or
your om#####) and password.
9. Click Log On.
10. Your new RAP screen will look similar to the image below.
Proceed as usual.

Click Close
Then, click on the yellow pop up. (see the Red Star above.)
Click on “Run ActiveX Control”
5) Click “Run” to run the Citrix Helper Control
6. You will reroute to the correct page.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Can I use browsers other than Internet Explorer, like Mozilla’s Firefox or
Netscape?
A. Internet Explorer is the only browser that will work at this time with the remote
system.
