Tiffany Café & Restaurant ushers in the festivities with a lavish Festive menu starting from 18
November 2016 to 01 January 2017. With an elegant feast fit for a star, savour traditional
epicurean delights with a twist by our award-wining Executive Chef, Alvin Yeo. Indulge in a
charming affair of festive fare featuring an array of appealing mains including Maple Cinnamon
Glazed Baked Chicken Ham, Roasted NZ Beef Strip Loin with Black Pepper Sauce and a new
special turkey dish - Caramelised Lemongrass Glazed Roasted Turkey with Oat Milk Flake.
Starring new flavours to the range of log cakes, indulge in dazzling sweet rewards - Salted Egg
Yolk with Pandan Log Cake and Chocolate Florentine Log Cake. A healthy Do-It-Yourself salad
bar, pasta and pizza station on rotation are some of the new highlights to the buffet line.
Draped in Gold, Silver, Red and Blue, be pleasantly courted by magnificent decorations at
