HOW TO BUY AN EMBLEM OR
GREEK LETTER BRICK INSCRIPTION
The legacy continues
These instructions are specific for
ordering a brick inscription where the
donor wishes to utilize a predetermined
set of emblems, Greek organizations or
select up to 3 individual Greek letters for
placement on their brick. These emblems
and letters use 3 lines of the available
space on an 8x8 brick, leaving up to 3
lines of 15 Roman numerals, letters
(including spaces) for an inscription. A list
of available emblems, Greek organizations,
and letters are listed in this document.
The assigned ordering code must be
utilized in your order.
1. Review the pages of organizations,
letters and emblems on pages
4 through 6 and select the one you are
interested in. Make a note of the Order
Code for your selection.
2. Complete purchaser side of the Brick/
Seat Order Form.
3. Select a 8x8 brick based upon the
location/pricing level you are
interested in.
4. For the inscription section the
following rules apply
a.Place the Order Code on the
Organization, Greek Letter 1, 2 and 3
or Emblem line.
b.The maximum number of lines
available for the rest of your inscription on a brick engraved with Greek
letters or an emblem is 3.
c.The maximum number of characters
(including spaces) per line is 15 (use
of “&” must be preceded and
followed by a space).
d.If more than 1 brick with inscriptions
is being requested attach a list of
additional brick selections, prices
and inscriptions.
5. Attach a check for the total number
of brick inscriptions being ordered.
6. Make checks payable to PVAMF.
a. Note on the memo line: Emblem/
Greek Brick Fund.
7. Mail completed form(s) to:

Bricks will be placed in the walk path
within each section purchased and will
be placed nearest the gate, within that
section, based upon the date the bricks
were ordered.
Every effort will be made to place bricks
as described above, but is not guaranteed.
The final size and location of bricks may
be altered by architecture and
construction needs.

Emblems and Greek Letters can only be placed on 8” X 8” bricks due to font size
and quality requirements. You can only select one of the three options per brick –
a pre-defined Greek organization, three individual Greek letters or an emblem and
3 lines of 15 characters per line. The size of the Greek letters and emblems will
allow only three lines of 15 characters per lines to be placed below the Greek
letters or emblems.

The final size and location of brick and seat inscriptions may be altered by architecture and construction needs. This may include placing inscriptions on individual seats or a
combination of individual seats and benches. The placement of a donor’s inscription on a given seat does not provide that donor any seating rights to a given seat. The purchase
of a ticket is required for all events where tickets are sold.
Please fill in the blocks as you want them to appear on your 8” X 8” brick.
Only one character (letter, number, punctuation, etc.) per block. Leave a space
between names and before and after “&”. Spaces also count as characters in
the 15-character limit. Minor changes may be required to conform to engraver
limitations and standardization procedures. Lines will be automatically centered.
Inscription purchaser will receive a certificate.

How to Buy a Brick with an Emblem, Greek
Organization or individual Greek Letters online
How to buy a brick online
1. Go to www.pvamf.org
2. Click “Buy a Brick or a Seat Naming” in the lower left corner of the page.
3. Click on the section for the brick type you are interested in:
a. Bricks with Emblems
b. Bricks with Greek Organizations
c. Bricks with your choice of 3 Greek Letters
4. Click where it states “Click here to see order codes for ”xxxxxx”
5.Scroll through the order codes to find the emblem, Greek Organization or select up to 3 Greek letters that
you want to have engraved on your brick. Make a note of the order code(s) for your selection.
6. Click on “View this category” below the heading for the type of brick you are interested in:
a. Bricks with Emblems
b. Bricks with Greek Organizations
c. Bricks with Greek Letters
7. Within the category decide which brick location and price you are interested in.
8. Select your brick.
9. Click on Checkout.
10.Complete the Contact Information at the top of the page.
11.In the “Item Question” section you will be able to select either:
a. Order code for Greek Organizations – one only from drop down menu.
b. OR - Order code for an emblem – one only from drop down menu.
c. OR you may select up to 3 Greek letters.
d.Add up to 3 lines of additional Inscription – maximum of 15 Roman letters or numerals per line
including spaces.
12. Complete the Checkout process.
