This label does not serve as primary collection container label. If currently aliquoting specimens to send to Allina Health Laboratory this label is to be used to label any aliquoted specimens. If not aliquoting a specimen to send to Allina Health Laboratory but receive this label, label must be sent with the specimen to Allina Health laboratory with the specimen that contains a primary collection label. Shell ID Label: Generated for some Excellian ordered anatomic pathology testing that requires barcodes for scanning and tracking specimens via a packing list. These labels will not be generated for orders place via Beaker requisition entry. In this case a lab tracking event (LAB12482) will need to be ordered to faciliate scanning and tracking of the specimen. October 2014
