Intelligent Panic provides you with 24-hour access to your own experienced crisis manager, who will help you through your emergency and access the most appropriate support that you need. You never have to remember an emergency number again just choose one number on your cell phone that acts as your panic button and leave the rest to us. ACTIVATE AND UPDATE YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS To activate your cover, simply follow these easy steps. Remember, your cell phone acts as your MOBILE PANIC BUTTON. STEP 1 You will receive 2 sms’s. STEP 2 The first sms will say: “Welcome to Intelligent Panic. Save *120*880*725378# to your phone and assign it to a speed dial number. Update your information by clicking the Intelligent Panic banner on www.hondaassist.co.za STEP 3 The second sms is a business card that you will receive. Save this to your phone. STEP 4 Your cell phone is now active and you can panic! STEP 5 To update your personal information so that the Panic Call Centre has up-to-date personal details to assist you in an emergency, follow the next steps. STEP 6 Not all information is mandatory. However, please bear in mind that the more information the Crisis Manager has, the better your panic situation can be managed. All information will be treated with complete confidentiality. STEP 7 To update your personal information and protocols: • Click on EDIT once you have logged in and update your information • Remember to SAVE the new information after each section STEP 8 To complete the registration process, please follow the steps below: • Click on the PASSWORD button on the home page • Insert your cell phone number and click on SUBMIT • You will receive a unique password via an sms on your cell phone • You can now use this password to log in and update your personal information and protocols *Terms and conditions apply Composite
