BOOKING:
To make your hotel reservation and prepayment you should first be registered as a
participant and then (in March) receive the access to your personal online page. Enter online
registration using your login and password, click "Hotel Accommodation" and fill in
necessary registration fields.
Your booking should be prepared and paid in full in advance before June 1, 2017 in order to
guarantee accommodation!

PLEASE NOTE:
1. For double rooms shared with accompanying person, please indicate the name of the
accompanying person into the comment field.
2. If two participants want to live in a Twin room (with two separate beds), only one of them
should book it and write in the comments box of the Hotel Accommodation section the
name of his/her room-fellow.
3. The option of booking a shared place in a Twin room is available only if your room-fellow
stay for the same period of time. If your room-fellow check-in earlier or check-out later,
he/she should pay for the whole room for this period (not only for the place).
4. Please send us e-mail with this information. We will change the room category “Twin” to
“Place in Twin” and halve the price.
CANCELLATION:
If you want to cancel your hotel reservation please immediately inform the manager in
written form by [email protected]
• For cancellations of your booking received till June 1, 2017 the sum of payment will be
refunded completely, minus banking costs.
• If cancellation is made on and after June 1, 2017 till the date of check-in the cost of one
night stay and the amount of banking costs will be kept back. The rest of the payment will
be reimbursed.
• If cancellation is made after check-in date the penalty is 100% payment for all period of
reservation.
In all cases of cancellations all banking costs are covered by participant.
All refunds will be made within a week after the Conference has been finished.
