A homophone is a word that is pronounced the same
as another word but differs in meaning or spelling.
Write the following passage in your Homework book,
with the correct spellings underlined. Look carefully to
make sure you don’t miss any! Make sure that ALL
spellings are correct.

what you have found out about this
creature.

diet, habitat, babies, or any other
interesting facts about the creature. Draw
and label a picture of your beast.
