Swimming Caps, Board Shorts and Rashies Did you know that when your child swims wearing boards shorts or a solar top they are adding kilos to themselves in the water through resistance and drag? Have you experienced the frustra on and difficulty of learning a new stroke while your hair is constantly in your face and eyes? This is what your children are feeling when they are wearing board shorts, rash tops or not wearing a swim cap ( especially with long hair ). We all want the best possible opportunity for your child to learn to swim, so please consider what swimwear they are wearing during their lesson. Rashies are only required as a sun protec ve device. It is Blue Dolphin policy that ALL children are to wear a swim cap. If you don’t have one, they can be purchased from our recep on area in various colours and styles to comply with our policy. Our Li le Ones program is specifically designed for babies aged 2 – 4months. In the first few months of life, babies begin to form real life experiences essen‐

Thankyou My family: I live locally in Aberfoyle Park. My family and I are very close. I have a younger brother who despite being two years younger than me, actually looks two years older than me. I’ve been married to my husband for almost six months now which has just flown by! About me: I was studying a Bachelor of Arts & Secondary Educa on at Flinders Uni but I took some me off to organize our wedding, which as it turned out was a lot more me consuming than I thought! At the moment my husband Reece and I are working really hard towards our dream of owning our first home. I love to read, spend me with my family and travel. Last year I was lucky enough to travel to Thailand, Hong Kong and the USA. And I have to say nothing beats Disney World. Out of the pool: If I’m not teaching in the pool you might see me out on recep on. When I’m not at work I spend my me reading, catching up with friends, spending me with my nephews or relaxing and watching TV. I like working at Blue Dolphin: Because working with children is incredibly rewarding. Each day I get to do something different which means I’m always learning something new and there’s always a new challenge. It’s such a fun environment. I always leave smiling. 
We have a NEW Aquacombo class available on Wednesday am, star ng 10th June!! 
Monday am Aquacombo class will be discon nued from 1st June. 
Wednesday pm Aquafit class (8.00—8.45pm) will be discon nued from Term 3, 22nd July due to low a endance. Aquafit and Aquacombo classes give you the benefits of land exercise without the impact so that there is no shock to your muscles and limbs. At the same me as experiencing 12 mes more resistance than land based exercises, you will be increasing your fitness, body tone and endurance. Have You Seen Our New Fish tank? We love seeing the joyous reac on from the children as they enter the building to see our new addi on. Unfortunately we have already lost a few fish which may have been because the children have been banging on the glass ( according to the aquarium experts ). We ask that children be supervised when around the fish tank. Thank you . …
