Thanks to its unique pellet form,
Drägersorb® 800 Plus does not undergo
channel formation. Our soda lime
absorbs CO2 evenly and is effectively
utilized. Due to the combination of form
and high porosity, one absorber full of
Drägersorb® 800 Plus can absorb more
CO2 and lasts longer than conventional
soda lime.

Additional security
Drägersorb® 800 Plus significantly
reduces the generation of decomposition
products when the soda lime has been
accidentally dried out prior to use.1)
Drägersorb® 800 Plus may be used
with all halogenated inhalation
anesthetic agents. Of course, only fresh
soda lime guarantees optimal use for
patients. A change in color from white
to violet blue clearly indicates when the
soda lime needs to be changed.
