As a future business leader at Colony, you will be building relationships and learning the hands-on skills to manage a multi-million dollar business and lead your team to success. As a participant in our Distribution Leadership Program, you will have the opportunity to begin your training experience in our corporate headquarters in Orange, CT where you will work with some of the most experienced and successful distribution management teams in our industry. The Company will provide financial assistance for you as you move through the program, affording you the opportunity to work in one or more of our branch locations. The amount of time in each area is determined by your progress and individual performance. We strive to give you the best experience available in this program, benefitting both your and Colony’s goals and objectives. Following completion of the training program, associates are placed in full time positions based on their individual desires and business needs at the time.
