Performance Vector PLUS is an individual good experience program that returns a significant percentage of premium
to business aviation operators who avoid losses while meeting meaningful safety standards. Performance Vector PLUS
seeks to reward current safety efforts, or provide an incentive to encourage additional safety steps.
Three Opportunities for Good Experience Returns
The program provides good experience returns to business aviation operators who meet any of three safety standards
during a policy year while also avoiding loss claims. Each standard met earns a 5 percent good experience return
for a potential total return of 15 percent.
Achieve and maintain IS-BAO registry – an internationally recognized safety standard.
Ensure that all pilots successfully complete twice-yearly simulation-based training in the make and model flown.
Successfully implement an industry-recognized flight operations quality assurance (FOQA)
program that covers all aircraft operated.
Additional Benefits
Qualified business aviation operators who meet all three can earn a total good experience return of 15 percent
and additionally receive two selections from our Performance Vector menu of safety services, thereby doubling
the annual safety benefit.

Performance Vector PLUS complements USAIG’s existing safety initiative – Performance Vector. With Performance
Vector, all corporate operators of turbine-powered aircraft who insure through USAIG have access to a broad
selection of safety-enhancing programs – from pilot and technician human factors training to alertness tools
and safety management system solutions.
With the Performance Vector program, each year an insured operator may choose a single Performance Vector option
from a range of safety-focused programs, including individual training; webinars for your entire flight department;
or strategic tools to enhance safety-, fatigue- and mission-management systems.
Performance Vector PLUS enhances that benefit. Business aviation operators who qualify for the 15 percent good
experience return through Performance Vector PLUS also become eligible to select two Performance Vector programs,
effectively doubling their annual safety benefit at no additional charge.
