Andy White
Andy White is an energetic, confident and silly Brummie who
combines silly voices and a mad afro to devastating comic
effect. Andy has numerous media appearances, including the
BBC New Comedy Awards on BBC Choice, Brand Spanking New
on BBC Radio 7 and his winning performance on the Weakest
Link comedian’s special! His appearance on the BBC quiz show
featured in his five star (* * * * * Three Weeks) Edinburgh show,
‘It Started With A Quiz’ in 2007. This followed on from his wellreceived one man show at the 2005 Leicester Comedy Festival:
Young, Gifted and Beige.
Andy escaped from a call centre to become a stand up comic
who mixes silly voices and faces with observational humour,
topical humour and his mixed race background. He can do
material that’s clever, cheeky, sick or just silly and his
performance can shift from deadpan to loud and physical. Andy
has played to a wide variety of audiences, adults and children,
both at home and abroad, in comedy clubs, theatres,
universities, radio and TV shows, and at corporate
entertainment events. He regularly headlines up and down the
UK and has worked with all the major chains and comedy
promoters along the way. Overseas, he’s performed in Monte
Carlo (Laughing Horse), Berlin (Bleu Montag), Abu Dhabi and
Dubai (Laughter House) amongst others.

Gerry Kyei
Anecdotal, observational and refreshingly honest in style, Gerry's
comedy is enriched by a somewhat unique perspective: Real
name Gerry Kyei (pronounced “Chay”), Gerry was born in the
East End, but grew up in rural Essex, as a rare black face in an
almost totally white and very parochial area (a million miles away
from the traditional Essex stereotype towns like Harlow,
Basildon, Romford and Southend). In addition to providing some
truly original insights into life in rural England, these early
experiences have ensured Gerry's comedy delights an incredible
range of audiences often confounds expectations. With his
energetic and likeable personality, infectious joie de vivre and a
beaming smile that warms up the coldest of nights, Gerry K is a
truly feelgood act.
Tony Vino
Preston’s very own funnyman (**** The Scotsman), Tony Vino has been
touring the comedy scene since early 2005. Well aware of social and political
issues he mixes friendly well thought out observational humour with audience
interaction and quick witted responses. A finalist in 2006 Funny Bones
competition, Tony has enjoyed recognition as a comedian and comedy
compere of renown. His life and interests are wide ranging and so is the
subject matter he weaves together on stage. As well as performing for clients
such as Asda, Co-Op and KCom, he is a well sought after act for high profile
fundraising events for charities as Christian Aid, Oxfam, Fairtrade Foundation
and TearFund. He was also the official warm up comedian for BBC Songs of
Praise (tough crowd) and you can also hear him regularly as a regular weekend
comedy pundit on BBC Radio Manchester.

Walker, BBC Manchester
“Tony was delightful, he had 1000 people fully engaged and laughing
throughout" Paul Jennings, ASDA Events/Communication
