Instructions for Binky / Pacifier Holders
You Will Need:
Satin Ribbon—1 inch wide x
10 inches long ( 2.5 cm x 25
cm)
1 x Bracer Clip
1 x Snap Lock Plastic Ring /
Curtain Ring
Water Soluble Vilene
Magic Tape
Take a peek at the picture below. These are the basic supplies you will need to make one

Ribbon: 1 inch wide x 10 inches long—local Habby Store

Snap Lock Pastic Ring / Curtain Ring—local Habby Store / Hardware Store / Curtaining
Store
1.
Hoop up a double layer of water soluble Vilene.
2.
Stitch out the first colour—this will be an outline of where to place the ribbon.
3.
Place the length of ribbon on top of this outline. Your ribbon will be longer than the outline. Do NOT cut off the excess, rather space the excess ribbon length even at the top
and the bottom.
4.
Tape into place with the magic tape. Tape on either side of the two side edges. If necessary you may also use fabric adhesive to ensure that the ribbon stays in place. It is important that it does so that the stitching stays along the middle of the ribbon.
5.
Now stitch out the rest of the design. Cut out the embroidered ribbon out of the Vilene.
Neaten the raw edges of the ribbon using a lighter or candle. Soak the ribbons in cold
water and allow to dry on a flat surface.
Assembly:
1.
You will need your regular sewing machine.
2.
Fold the excess ribbon at the top of the embroidered ribbon over the Snap Lock Plastic
Ring / Curtain Ring. Stitch into place.
3.
Fold the excess ribbon at the bottom of the embroidered ribbon through the Bracer Clip.
Stitch into place.
4.
The dummy / pacifier gets attached to the Snap Lock Plastic Ring / Curtain Ring. Simply
replace the dummy / pacifier with a clean sterilized dummy / pacifier when necessary!
