traditional Lastarria district in the midst of
Bohemian and cultural Santiago. With an
architecture based on creativity, it has a direct
connection to the Museum of Visual Arts MAVI (one
of Santiago's most important museums of modern
art) and it is a short walk away from the classical
attractions of the city, thus allowing the Cumbres
Experience to focus on its strong links to culture.
Hotel Cumbres Lastarria has been granted a Leed
Certification as a sustainable building designed
with water and energy consumption efficiency in
mind.

This is a 110 m2 sector for guests with bar and
restaurant service which also has an access to a 200
m2 interior patio directly connected to the Mulato
Gil Square and the Museum of Visual Arts (MAVI).

Located on the top floor of the hotel, it has a
terrace with a 360° panoramic view of Santiago.
