Tuesday, June 6th at 6:30 pm: “Architectural Wonders” Nick Lindsley from Neumann Monson Architects
will share slides on some of these building wonders.
Monday, June 12th at 6:30 pm: Habitat For Humanity Ali Parrish from Iowa Heartland Habitat For Humanity
She will present a power point on the history, what they do, and how to get involved.
Tuesday, June 13th at 6:30 pm: Author Linda McCann “ Conservation Corps of Northeast Iowa”
Learn about the CCC, when it started and who worked with them. Sponsored by the Friends of the Oelwein Library.
Thursday, June 22nd at 6:30: “Composting Basics” Ron Lenth from Iowa State Extension. Learn how to start composting.
Tuesday, June 27th at 4:00: “T-shirt Crafts” Bring old t-shirts and learn to make tote bags, scarves, & dog toys.
