SUBJECT: General Meeting, 244 March 2011 Minutes
1. The American Society of Military Comptrollers (ASMC) Montgomery Chapter convened a
meeting at 1130 hours on 24 March 2011, at the SAF/FMP Air Force Financial Systems
Operations (AFFSO) office in Montgomery
Montgomery, AL.
2. Mr. Bob Magee, Chapter President, welcomed everyone and called the meeting to order.
The group recited the Pledge of Allegian
Allegiance and Lori Law provided the invocation.
3. The meal was served and the meeting was paused while the guests enjoyed their meal.
4. Mr. Steve Hodges introduced the guest speaker, Mr. W. Darrell Phillips, Associate Chief,
Operations and Int’l Law Division
Division, Judge Advocate General’s School, Maxwell AFB,
AFB AL. Mr.
Phillips provided an in depth perspective of the legal ramifications felt by the Air Force from the
multiple FY11 Continuing Resolution Authorities
Authorities.
5. Due to the length of the presentation, no Chapter business was discussed.
6. The April 2011 meeting has not been finalized at this time.
7. The meeting was adjourned
