Witches Hat Cupcakes
Ingredients:
DAWN (frozen) chocolate Cupcake bases 18
Finish:
Ice cream cones
Bakers plain chocolate coating
BAKER’S Select vanilla frosting coloured with green food colouring
BAKER’S SELECT orange frosting
BAKER’S SELECT chocolate frosting
DAWN deco stars
Method:
Arrange 18 DAWN (frozen) chocolate cupcake bases onto a tray and defrost
Cut the tips of the ice cream cones off to make the witches hats and brush with melted Baker’s
plain chocolate coating.
Using a bulb nozzle pipe the BAKER’S Select green or orange frosting swirling around the top edges
of the cupcakes and working into the centre. Insert the cut ice cream cones into the centre of each
cupcake upside down.
Using a flower nozzle pipe a ring of BAKER’S SELECT chocolate frosting around the ice cream cones
to form the brim of the hats and decorate with DAWN deco stars.
