Using the Catalogue,
Price List & Order Form
Step 1
Choose your product
Study the Catalogue to find the product that best meets your requirements.
Step 2
Calculate quantities required
Assess how many items or rosettes you require excluding stock items. It does not matter whether all rosettes are from the same
selection and size, or a mixture of selections and sizes (excluding stock items).
Step 3
Find the section within the Price List
Step 4
Understanding what you are ordering
Read page 2 of the Price List and the description of the Rosette Range on page 3 - 10 that explain the standard
dimensions of the rosettes and optional extras available.
Step 5
Fill in the Order Form
i) Fill in the invoice address box and the despatch address box if different.
ii) Please state clearly the goods required by date and also the show date in the following format “date/month/year”.
Due to the seasonal demand for rosettes if your required by date is not to be met the production manager will contact you
to confirm with you a revised despatch date.
iii) Insert the product code under the Style or Ref column. N.B. if a rosette is to have a 25⁄8”, oval or cameo centre,
suffix the product with /25⁄8”/O or /C respectively.
iv) Insert the product description and optional extras description for each product selected in the next column
(see page 4 of the Price List for optional extras).
v) If applicable specify the colours of the product under the “Colour of Each Tier” columns,e.g. for rosettes state the outer
tier colour first and move in and for a two tone Prize Card write for example Blue top/Red bottom horizontal stripe.
vi) If applicable specify the type of fastening required by ticking under the appropriate heading.
vii) State the quantity of product required in the Quantity Column.
viii) Calculate the price per unit - see Step 6.
ix) Multiply the quantity by unit price to get the total for that product.
x) Once all products are filled in add additional costs, e.g. artwork and set ups - see Step 7.
xi) Total Prices to date and then work out the administration, packing and carriage cost as stated on page 18 of the
Price List.
xii) Total the price and the P&P and add VAT at current rate to the total.
Step 6
Unit price calculation
Prices are set out under the relevant selection or product within the Price List - many depend on volume
purchased and optional extra costs. Please read in detail the product section, e.g. Rosettes under which your
requirement falls in order to assess any extra costs to be incurred. Where prices vary with volume, take the
volume calculated in Step 2 to assess the relevant costing per product.
For example your requirements are:

Extras for rosettes:
i) 25⁄8”, oval or cameo - add the additional cost.
ii) Extra tail length and width - select the tail length and width required and then add the additional cost per
rosette as specified in the tail length and width on page 3.
iii) Tail blocking - add 19 pence per blocked tail.

Additional Costs
Add to the cost:
i) The price of new artwork/design - £30 on your first order.
ii) All repeat orders will incur a seperate charge of £7.80
iii) Tail setups - if there are wording changes assess the number of changes and multiply by 86p.

Rosette Specification
Quality
Our rosettes are made from a variety of ribbon types producing rosettes of a high standard both in terms of quality and finish.
We pack rosettes in clear film front bags, thus they not only travel securely but stay protected - readily seen and accessible
whilst in your keeping.
What is included in the price?
For all except the Stock Selection our rosettes prices include:
• Total choice of ribbon. Due to limitation of the printing process colours may differ slightly.
• Bridle clip, tapes, sticky pads or safety pin fastening (carcass pins 25p extra)
• Round 21⁄4” centres blocked in gold, silver or coloured foil.
Optional Extras:
Personalisation
• All orders requiring a new personalised centre will incur a £30 artwork/design cost.
• All 25⁄8”, oval or cameo personalised centres will incur a £30 artwork/design and plate cost.
• All orders using existing artwork will incur a £7.80 set up cost.
Alternative Shapes or Sizes
Where oval, cameo or 25⁄8” centre rosettes are available there is an additional charge per rosette - please refer to the pricing section for the
selection you require to assess the additional cost.
Printed Tails
Setting charge: 86p for first setting and each subsequent setting where wording is different.
Printing charge: 19p for each tail blocked. (Not available on the Stock Selection)

Replacement Centres & Tails
We can supply new blocked centres for you to affix to existing rosettes.
The price is 25p each, plus a setting up charge of £7.80 where applicable.
We can do the recentering work for you provided the rosettes are returned to us carriage paid. Between the months of October and
January the price is 55p per rosette, in any other month the price will be 65p per rosette.

Due to limitation of the printing process, colours may differ slightly.
Minimum Order Charge - All orders will incur a minimum charge of £25 (if order value is less than £25.00 before carriage). STOCK
ITEMS are excluded from this charge.
Fast Tracked Orders - Orders received at the last minute mean we need to change our production schedules. This causes extra
expenses and effort and we therefore highlight our surcharges for this service below. This surcharge will apply to any orders wanted
within 7 working days but excluding stock items; January - December....10%
Payment Terms - Unless informed otherwise you will have to pay for your goods when you place your order via credit card 2% surcharge
applies or debit card free of charge.
Title of Goods - Retention of title, title of ownership of goods does not pass until payment in full has been recieved.
Acceptance of Orders - All established accounts have an account reference number. Please quote this when ordering. On receipt of
order we send a detailed and priced acknowledgement bearing our reference number. Please check that the details are correct and
let us know within 3 days of receipt if you find a discrepancy, otherwise we will not be responsible for mistakes in your order.
Delivery - When ordering please tell us as early as possible by telephone (24 hour service) or first class post. All orders must be
confirmed in writing by post, fax or e-mail. For goods required in the period February to September inclusive, when demand is at its
highest, we ask you please to allow six weeks for delivery. Goods required urgently will be placed at the customers cost on a noon
delivery to ensure goods arrive in time.
Shortage, Incorrect Supply or Damage in Transit - Claims under this heading can only be entertained if we are advised
