About the Band
When you’re on the dance floor, the groove is nonstop. And when they do take a pause in between
songs, you’re always entertained by the comedic
nature of the band who engages the audience
in laughter with a style that is truly unique. The
seven-member powerhouse entertains you from
the very start of their show, and leaves you asking
for more at the end.
The Hitmen began performing together in 1995,
and most of the members have been in the band
since the beginning. They are a tight performing
group who’s been delivering high-energy dance
music for audiences at benefits, festivals, fairs,
concerts, nightclubs, corporate events, weddings,
and other private functions throughout the San
Francisco Bay Area year after year.
With their musical abilities, talents, and experience, this band can play across many genres to
perform a dance review that transcends musical
boundaries. They perform a variety of hits from
the 70s to modern day favorites, as well as
Latin songs.
The musical selection of The Hitmen finds you
singing along, snapping your fingers, and moving
on the dance floor without hesitation. Over the
years, they’ve created and perfected their style
of medleys with up to nine songs in a row that
segue from one to another without
skipping a beat.

The Hitmen have performed with several
musical artists such as Cameo, The Ohio Players,
Confunkshun, Harold Melvin’s Blue Notes, Pete
Escovedo, and with members of Santana and
Tower of Power. They’ve also become the unofficial
band for 98.1 KISS FM – The Bay’s Old School
radio station.
