Adjournment GREATER CENTRAL FLORIDA YOUTH SOCCER LEAGUE Agenda for July 29, 2013 – Monthly Meeting Proposed Rule change – Club Pass – To be discussed by Mike at meeting Starting Fall 2013 Club Pass teams can have a roster size as follows: u11-u12 capped at 14, u13 is capped at 18 and u14 and up is capped at 22. The game day roster limit is 18. (this is FYSA's present rule). So that gives the u14 and up teams 4 extra spots for club pass players. Any player, with the primary team being a division 2 team can play up to a division 1 team. But, they cannot play down to a division 3 team. A division 1 primary team player can play down to a division 2 team but, no lower. (this is in italics so we can choose to use it or not) Division 3 and 4 teams can play up or down from their primary team so long as they are within the roster cap. Of course division 3 players can play up to division 2. NOTES: I'm trying to stream line it a bit with our rules so premier teams would have the same rules (div.1 and 2) And Comp. rec. teams (div. 3 and 4) would have the same rules. This would also help clubs have more flexibility with filling rosters when they are short which would help with the rescheduling issue. ADDITIONAL NOTES: I'm also thinking if we should have the division 2 teams go with the same rules as division 1. This would help players that are playing with teams in both divisions and would help when we have to combine divisions. We had a situation where we had a team that declared division 1, but because we had to group them with division 2 teams it was classified as division 2.
