General Bequest Language

Achievement Center, Inc. or its successor charitable organization.
Designated Bequest Language

Achievement Center, Inc. or its successor charitable organization for the use and
benefit of (ex: Scholarship Fund, Mentor Program, Summer Camp, etc).
Residuary Bequest Language
All the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, both real and personal I give to Gifford
Youth Achievement Center, Inc. or its successor charitable organization (Add “for the

Contingent Bequest Language
