Please Note: there will not be shooting of both the sub-gauge AND the SxS at the same time as this will slow up
the flow of shooters around the course.

Shotgun Start Saturday 10:00 AM and Sunday 9:00AM
Meeting at Clubhouse 30 minutes prior to shotgun start

BRITISH COLUMBIA SPORTING CLAY CHALLENGE
June 23, 24, 25, 2017
This is a two day 300 target event with 200 targets on Saturday June 24th and 100 targets on Sunday July 25th
This is a CNSCA registered shoot. There will be trophies and prizes for each class and concurrent classes.
Hunter class payout for non-registered shooters by Lewis System.
The Preliminary Shoot will be held on Friday June 23rd. Options include a 100 target event, sub-gauge event 50 targets , side X side event 50 targets. Lewis
system will apply.

RULES:
We will follow the official rules and regulations as laid out in the Canadian Sporting Clay Association (CNSCA) program. www.cnsca.ca
CLASSES:
Masters, AA, A, B, C, D, E, Vet, Senior Vet, Ladies, Juniors, Sub Juniors.
Classification will be as Canadian Sporting Clay Association for those that are members.
New members who do not have a classification will be classified in C Class or by their known ability.
Shooters must shoot both days to qualify for prizes or cash.
COSTS FOR PRELIMINARY – FRIDAY JUNE 23rd
Preliminary Shoot - 100 Targets - $60.00. Starts at 10AM sharp
Sub-Gauge (16 gauge or smaller) & Side X Side Shoots - 50 targets for $30.00 each. Start 1:00 p.m.
Friday evening cook your own burger/smoky, salad supplied by the club
COSTS FOR MAIN EVENT – SATURDAY JUNE 24TH & SUNDAY JUNE 25TH

CAMPING:
Camping is free but we have limited 15 amp power hook ups. Larger units bring your own power. It is first come first served.
Please bring your own water as we are on a very limited well system. Drinking water will be available on the course.

GOLF CARTS:
Fri, Sat & Sun am - $120.00
We will have about 24 golf carts available. Please indicate on your registration if you are interested.
Carts must be reserved or they may not be available.
FOOD:
Included in your registration are breakfast, lunch and dinner for Saturday and breakfast and lunch for Sunday
Meals for extra people cost $11.00 for breakfast, $13.50 for lunch and $21.00 for dinner
Club is providing a cook your own burger/smoky with salads on Friday

REGISTRATION: LIMIT OF 90 SHOOTERS
We only accept cheques or cash. No Visas please. Please pre-register by filling out the attached registration, indicating your firm intention of
attending. Please pre-register or phone in your intent to shoot, including dietary restrictions.
Pre-squadding, if people send in names and pre-registration for a squad of five in one envelope, will be acceptable.
Otherwise, shooters will squad themselves at the shoot.
