JCALPRO is a premier production
company offering a full line of services
including rigging, lighting, audio, video,
and staging; as well as production and
stage management, signage of all
types, time lapse photography,
teleprompter services, and hair and
makeup. JCALPRO can also assist
with promotions such as SWAG, or
spokes models for your booth or event.
Additionally, JCALPRO can provide
booth design, fabrication, and
installation.
EXCLUSIVITY:
JCALPRO is the exclusive rigging
provider for the venue, responsible for
the attachment and rigging of anything
overhead. This includes any rigging by
truss and motors, or ground supported
rigging when crank-up Genie towers are
used, or when excessive heights, not
reachable without a lift, are involved.
JCALPRO is also the necessary
provider and operator of lifts for any
rigging or theatrical related purposes.

EVENT PRODUCTION
All JCALPRO rates include payroll taxes, unemployment benefits,
workers comp., and employee contractual health, annuity, and pension
benefits.
Rigger/Stage Hand/Dept Head Conditions
1. All calls are an 8 hour minimum except break-out rooms, select show
calls, exhibit work, or load outs when applicable (call for details)
2. All hours Monday through Saturday start at straight time
3. All hours on Sundays and holidays are at Time and a half
4. All hours between 12am midnight and 7am, or after 5pm on Sundays,
are at double time
5. Meal Breaks are every 3- 5 hours or may feed and continue to work
Teamster (Loader/Unloader) Conditions
1. All calls are on a four hour minimum
2. All hours Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm start at straight time
3. All hours Monday through Friday from 5pm-Midnight are at time and
a half
4. All hours Saturday start at time and a half
5. All hours on Sundays and holidays start at double time
6. All hours between midnight and 8am are at double time
7. Meal breaks are every 4 hours and last 30 minutes
