GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
CYCLE ZOOM Instructor: Tyler Foster and Alicia Wills
This is a fun yet challenging cardiovascular workout for all fitness
levels. Participants can burn up to 500 calories a class. This class
focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, and recovery.

CIRCUIT TRAINING
Instructor: Erika Setiz
This workout will take you through aerobic movements that will
elevate your heart rate and then transition into muscular movements

INTERVAL TRAINING
Instructor:Chet Skillings
This method of training is defined as periods of high intensity activity
with built in low intensity moves for recovery. Cardio based moves
stacked on weight training moves make for a total body workout,
challenging the heart and lungs while working to strengthen all your
muscle groups. Core sculpting moves are also featured at the end of
every workout.

YOGA

Yoga is unique because it connects the movement of the body and
the mind to the rhythm of our breathing. This class also helps with
strength, balance, and flexibility.

HIP HOP CARDIO
Instructor: Julie Zimmerman
If you love Zumba, or just love to move and dance in general, this
class is for you! This class is dance based cardio, and is for any
fitness level, no experience required and modifications are
demonstrated. Hip hop cardio is fun, high energy moves to hip hop
tunes you know and love! You will not need to learn choreography,
just follow along and the class will fly by

SENIOR STRETCH & STRENGTH Instructor: Erika Seitz
As we get older we lose our balance, skeletal integrity, strength,
posture, and more. Let us do all we can to reverse the “norm” and
make these years your best years. This class is simply to raise the
functionality, strength, and elasticity of your body.

AB – GLUTE - STRETCH
Instructor: Erika Setiz
A class designed for a beginner, as well as for a more
advanced fitness enthusiast. With the step, you are able to add
intensity and fun to your workout. This easy to follow group exercise
is a great way to get a good cardio workout.

TRX

The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout
system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform
hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to
challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust
your body position to add or decrease resistance.

ZUMBA
Instructor: Lynne Workman
Zumba is an interval-based cardio program combining fitness and
dance moves to provide an effective workout and burn an average of
700 calories a session. Done to Latin and other world-music styles, it
is energizing, fun, and can be adapted to all fitness levels and ages.
Salsa, meringue, belly-dance, swing, and bhangra are just a few of
the rhythms you could experience in a typical Zumba class. You do
not need to know how to dance, just wear regular workout clothes,
but make sure you bring water!

ZUMBA BASIC
Instructor: Jen Blauvelt
Is a great class for the Zumba beginner or advanced. The class is
designed to teach basic Zumba steps with different variations to
modify when needed or kick it up a notch! With great music and lots
of fun and energy it is always a party and a fun way to get your
exercise in!

WATER FITNESS

Whether you’re trying to maintain your current level of fitness or
reach a new level, the added benefit of training in water makes our
aqua workouts safe and fun without impact to the joints
