AHN High School Athletics 2016-2017
AHN has a rich tradition in athletics and has won numerous district and region titles in recent years.
Our teams have also distinguished themselves with outstanding results in the Florida High School
Athletic Association’s Academic Team Championship program. You will find that the athletic page
of the school’s website is a primary source of information. Throughout the summer and during the
school year, the web page will provide access to a number of essential items, including the AHN
Student-Athlete and Parent Handbook, as well as the mandatory athletics participation forms: EL2
(physical), EL3 (consent and liability), and the FHSAA’s Concussion and Heat Related Illness Form.
Many of AHN’s athletic teams participate in summer camps or summer leagues, and/or have
preseason conditioning. Please feel free to contact the respective head coach for further information.
Please note that the EL2, EL3, and Concussion and Heat Related Illness forms
are mandatory. They must be completed and turned into AD, Kevin Vargas or
Athletic Trainer Donny Schaefer each school year before any student-athlete is
allowed to participate in practices or tryouts for any AHN athletic team.
Fall Athletics
