Saturday 20th May 2017 Cappuccino Loaf Cake Ingredients 175g unsalted butter 5 tablespoons single cream 2 tablespoons instant coffee 175g caster sugar 3 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – I will bring 175g self raising flour Pinch salt Butter Icing 150g unsalted butter 5 tablespoons icing sugar 1 tablespoon instant coffee or chocolate powder You may like to decorate your cake with walnut halves, bring some if you wish. Utensils – You will need a 900g / 2lb loaf tin – Tesco or Wilko sell these Non-stick kitchen paper to line tin Peanut and Chocolate Truffle Fudge Ingredients 280g white, milk or plain cooking chocolate bar or chips – your choice 280g peanut/ almond/ cashew butter crunch or smooth, OWN BRAND IS FINE I will bring foil dishes for you to set your fudge in.
