Paul Hollywood’s Chocolate chip muffins in a jar Makes 20 muffins Ingredients 190 g caster sugar 250 g Plain flour 20 g baking powder 100 g chocolate chips 150 g drinking chocolate Ingredients to put on the label 250 g butter 60 ml milk 4 eggs In the jar: 1. Pour in the caster sugar into the bottom and tap lightly on the work surface to distribute evenly. 2. Then carefully pour in the drinking chocolate and try to distribute evenly over the top of the sugar 3. Mix the flour with the baking powder and pour in on top of the drinking chocolate 4. Pour in the chocolate chips 5. On the label write: Chocolate chip muffins Sieve the contents of this jar into a bowl Soften 250g butter and mix well with 4 eggs and 60ml of milk and mix very well with dry ingredients Chill the mixture for 30 mins Pre-heat the oven to 200◦C/gas 6 Put the mixture into muffin cases in a muffin tin and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
