Energy Saving Venturi / Inducer Systems

Matrix Twister®
The Matrix Twister* system pneumatically conveys PSA waste matrix and edge trim to a compactor, baler, or dumpster. The patented design “twists” the matrix into a roped form for ease
of conveying, reducing the amount of exposed adhesive by collapsing it onto itself.

Chopper Systems
The AirTrim choppers reduce your material to mere pieces. Models feature from 3 to 12 blades
and an optional mist system. Able to process materials of 5-10 microns, and up to 18,000 lbs.
of waste per hour. Typically maintain sound readings of 65 dBA.
Recycling Solutions
Pneumatic Conveying is on-demand material transport moving recycling material from the collection area to the baler area floor, and/or directly onto the baler belt, dramatically decreasing
the time required for towing wagons or drays.
Slitter Dust Systems
A ‘Source Capture’ System collects dust at the slitter knife in slitting operations, it’s source.
Intake hoods positioned at the slitter knife capture dust from the cut sheet, vacuuming it away
through the re-positional flexible tubing to the vacuum unit.
Dust Systems
Industrial dust is a hot button for OSHA who has committed to increased plant inspections by
both the State and Federal agencies. Increased awareness of the explosive nature of dust and
taking action to safely convey it away from the plant environment will lower potential hazards

All in One™ Units
All-in-One portable units provide the versatility to locate the chopper trim removal system when
and where it is required. It is suitable for Matrix, PSA materials, or Paper Stock, sending the
waste material to a container of choice. Self-contained unit includes silencers tor sound suppression. Available with silicone mist system for adhesive material waste.
ArmPro™ System
The ArmPro™ is a pneumatic debagging mechanism for the canning industry that permits employees to use only his/her biceps, rather than extend the arm above the shoulders to remove
the can end or lid sleeve. The sleeve is pneumatically conveyed to a receiver of choice.
Return Air System
Return the conveying system air back into the plant. Filtered and clear of all conveyed material,
the heated or cooled air from the plant is returned to balance internal air pressure.
CV Package System
The economical trim system for one press or machine removes edge trim from two pickup points
and conveys it to a gaylord or hopper. The fabric separator allows the conveying air to separate
from the material as it enters the receiver.
Rental Systems
Trim or matrix removal rental systems you can use in your operation; on your machine, using
your material. This is a great option to prove or justify ROI and gain capital approval. It can be
rented for a week, month, or longer. Should you decide to purchase it or invest in a system, a
portion of your rental cost will be applied to the purchase.
