Sales Tax will be collected unless, a valid exemption
form is on file with our office.
All sales are C.O.D., unless you have a pre-approved
credit account with us. Credit applications are
available upon request. Please allow time for
application to be accepted. Credit accounts are net
30 days from invoice date. A 1.5% monthly finance
charge will be added to any invoices past 30 days.
We reserve the right to cancel any account for slow
or late payment.
We guarantee plants to be healthy and true to
name. Since we have no control over conditions
after plants leave the nursery we cannot guarantee
the life of the stock.
