“Downton Abbey”
Comes to a Close!
DOWNTON ABBEY SEASON 6 ON MASTERPIECE
The final episode airs Sunday, March 6 at 8pm.
How will fate resolve the stories of Edith, Mary, Thomas, Anna, Robert, Cora, Daisy,
Carson, Violet, Isobel and all the other occupants of this unforgettable house?
Explaining the difficult decision to cue the final curtain, Carnival’s Gareth Neame says,
“We wanted to close the doors of Downton Abbey when it felt right and natural for the
storylines to come together, and when the show was still being enjoyed so much by its
fans. We can promise a final season full of all the usual drama and intrigue, but with the
added excitement of discovering how and where they all end up.”
