guaranteed to wow your nearest and
dearest. Whilst we can cater for parties of
up to 160 guests for your wedding meal,
this fabulous space can also be customised
to accommodate small, intimate weddings,
making it the ideal venue for gatherings of
any size.
At The Chester Hotel, you and your guests
will enjoy a delicious, expertly prepared
wedding breakfast made from fresh, locally
sourced ingredients. Our award winning
Executive Chef, Kevin Dalgleish, will be
there personally to talk through menu
options ahead of the big day and you can
also sample your chosen menu prior to
ensure each dish exceeds your expectations.
What’s more, we can accommodate your
ceremony in our very own luxurious
Wedding Suite within the Hotel*.

A
provisional reservation can be held for up to 14 days, after which a
deposit of £750.00 along with a signed contract and terms &
conditions are required to secure your booking. On receipt of this deposit
and accompanying paperwork, your booking will be considered fully
confirmed and you will receive a letter of confirmation.
At this stage your bedroom accommodation
block will become ‘live’, allowing your guests
to make reservations by quoting your name
and wedding date.
75% of the estimated cost of the wedding
is payable 6 weeks prior to the wedding date
with the remaining 25% payable 7 days
prior. At this stage we also require final
catering numbers. Credit card details will
be required at this time for any additional
charges on the day which must be settled
prior to departure.
AC C OM M ODAT ION
R E SE RVAT ION S
A Bridal Suite is offered on a complimentary
basis for the night of the wedding.
A further block of 10 bedrooms will be held
at a preferential rate* for the night of the
wedding. If there are any bedrooms left on
this block 4 weeks prior to the wedding
date, these rooms will be released for
general sale.
THE FINE PRINT
Should you wish to hold your ceremony at
the hotel there would be a room hire charge
of £500.
The Chester wedding package is offered
complimentary to all wedding parties of 80
or more guests. If your numbers are below
80, there will be a charge of £250 should
you wish to retain the package.
Minimum number stipulation of 80 guests
on a Friday, 100 guests on a Saturday and/
or a minimum food and beverage spend.
*Classic room - £99 bed & breakfast for
single occupancy or £119 bed & breakfast
for double occupancy.
