Gotham served as construction manager
for a new 43-story, 428,000 sf, multiuse
tower complex on the Mount Sinai campus.
The project consists of 5 floors of faculty
practice areas; 3 floors of mechanical
spaces that will service Mount Sinai’s
new Center for Science and Medicine;
an amenities area on the 10th floor
overlooking Central Park North that
includes a gym, pool, and lounge area;
and 248 luxury rental apartments.
