Economic Systems Venn Diagram
Directions: You will create a Venn Diagram that compares/contrasts free enterprise economies to
communist economies.
Requirements:
1) Venn Diagram—You can be as creative as you wish with your Venn Diagram; however, it must
be a Venn Diagram (see exampleof a basic Venn Diagram below).
2) Similarities—You will include at least two similarities between communism and free enterprise
economies.
3) Differences—On your Venn Diagram you will describe two ways that communism differs from
free enterprise systems, and you will also describe two ways that free enterprise systems differ
from communism.
4) Illustrations—You will illustrate your Venn Diagram with at least one relevant and appropriate
drawing. This illustration can be computer-generated if you want to design it on a computer.
However, stick-figures are not acceptable.
5) Color—You will color your Venn Diagram adequately and appropriately. Scribbling is
unacceptable.
