Come meet Utah Jazz forward and 2012 NBA
Slam Dunk Champion Jeremy Evans. Jeremy
just finished his fourth year in the NBA and
fourth with the Utah Jazz. He played in 66
games for the Jazz last season and averaged 6
points and 5 rebounds per game. Evans is
one of the most excing and athlec players
in the NBA. In addion to winning the 2012
NBA Slam Dunk tle, Evans was also the runner up in 2013.
