THE MINISTER FOR EXTERNAL RELATIONS, in pursuance of
Regulation 16A of the Taxation (Exchange of Information with Third
Countries) (Jersey) Regulations 20081, orders as follows –

Specified dates inserted
In the fourth column of the Schedule to the Taxation (Exchange of Information
with Third Countries) (Jersey) Regulations 20082 under the heading “Date tax
information exchange agreement came into force” –

(a)
in the matter relating to Hungary, there shall be inserted the date
“13th February 2015”;
(b)
in the matter relating to Indonesia, there shall be inserted the date
“22nd September 2014”;
(c)
in the matter relating to Italy, there shall be inserted the date
“26th January 2015”.
Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Taxation (Exchange of Information with Third
Countries) (Specified Date (Hungary, Indonesia, Italy)) (Jersey) Order 2015 and
shall come into force forthwith.
