This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with a fully
enclosed, landscaped garden with private pool will
make a wonderful holiday location for any family.
The villa is situated on Gata Residencial, close to
the Spanish town of Gata de Gorgos. It is a 10 to 15
minutes drive from the popular coastal resorts for
Javea and Denia. Both are very family friendly, both
have beautiful beach areas, marinas and an abundance
of fabulous restaurants to suit all pockets and tastes.
Both Javea and Denia have some fantastic shopping.
The Marques del Campo in Denia, is the main tree
lined street which is pedestrianised much of the day
and in the evenings. Here you will find some wonderful
shops to enjoy or alternatively some lovely bars and
restaurants where you can sit al fresco style and enjoy
the wonderful mediterranean sunshine, under the
shade of the large trees.
The Marina de Denia is not to be missed, again some
fantastic restaurants with excellent food. What can be
more relaxing than dining or enjoying a cocktail whilst
overlooking some of the fabulous yachts bobbing about
on the Med.
Zensa bar is also not to be missed with its roof top
pool, bar and amazing views back to the town of Denia
and the castle. Here you can sip a cocktail, laid on a
lounger whilst enjoying the music and the sunshine.
The villa has been a home from home and will be
rented for the first time in 2017. The decor and the soft
furnishings were professionally added to the villa to create
a stunning but comfortable home. It really is so stylish
and fully equipped with everything you should need.
The villa is on three levels, the upper level of the villa
has a beautiful master bedroom with king size bed,
air conditioning, patio doors leading to a small private
terrace with seating for 2 over looking the pool. This
bedrooms benefits from a separate dressing area and
a lovely, modern en suite with bath and over head

Taking approximately 8 steps down you are at the
entrance and a further bedroom complete with twin
beds, again air con and overlooking the side of the
house. There is also a family shower room on this level,
again very modern.
Taking another 8 steps down you will arrive at the
spacious and beautifully furnished open plan lounge /
diner, kitchen and further utility area. The living / dining
room is beautifully designed and comfortably furnished.
There is a flat screen TV with UK channels, dvd player
and the all important wifi. There is ample seating for
6 people in the lounge and around the beautiful glass
dining table. The kitchen is very well equipped with
everything you could need including large American
style fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor
fan. The utility area contains the washing machine and
ironing facilities. The kitchen is well designed and has
all the crockery you would require and more.
Taking the patio doors from the dining area leads to
the naya (covered terrace). The naya is a perfect place
to relax in the shade from the sun and there are 3 x 2
seater sofas and a coffee table provided.
There are fruit trees and palms around this beautiful
6m x 3m swimming pool, which can be lit at night.
There is also subtly lighting under the trees so you can
enjoy the garden in the evening too. There is ample
terracing around the pool area. At the side of the
house a dining area has been created with a purpose
built BBQ area. The outside dining area is also stylish
and comfortable, no plastic tables and chair here, it
is a stunning large marble table top with 8 beautiful
and comfortable dining chairs around it. The garden
is approx. 400 sqm all landscaped and perfectly
manicured with fruit and palm trees.
This villa would make a perfect location for a wonderful
family holiday. Believe me you will want to return year after
year as it is truly a home from home, but with the sunshine.
