DISPOSITION:
TARIFF SHEETS SUSPENDED
On July 15, 2016, Portland General Electric Company filed tariff sheets in Advice
No. 16-11, docketed asUE 311, to be effective August 17, 2016. The filing proposes a
new environmental rate schedule. Docket UE 311 was consolidated with dockets
UM 1789 and UP 344 by Order No. 16-270.
We find good and sufficient cause exists to investigate the propriety and reasonableness
of the tariff sheets under ORS 757.210 and 757.215.
IT IS ORDERED that Advice No. 16-11 filed by Portland General Electric Company is
suspended for a period of time not to exceed six months from August 17, 2016, the
effective date of the tariff sheets.
